Interest Rates Update
In 2017, the Federal Reserve increased rates 3 times. In 2018, the Federal Reserve is expected to raise rates 2-3 more times. Since the New Year, rates have been steadily increasing. In the past week alone, rates have increased by .125%. Rates are still very low compared to recent history but rates are on the rise. It is a great time to buy and secure today’s still low rates.
